Toyo Tires believe that healthy and energetic employees working on their jobs creates improved productivity and organisational vitality, ultimately leading to business development and value creation for society. Employee health management is an important management issue and the company actively addresses measures with employees, for example, introducing a company-wide smoking ban in 2024 at their head office. In addition, last summer, the company recommended 100% telecommuting during the scorching heat and has since adopted this as a permanent system. Toyo Tires continuously engage in discussions and investments in improvements to further enhance the comfort and safety of our production sites.
Going forward, Toyo Tires will continue to create a healthy and engaging workplace where all employees can work with enthusiasm.
