On 21st of May the annual Japan Day 2017 took place in Düsseldorf. With 650.000 visitors the event is a highlight for all those who are interested in Japanese culture. Toyo Tires is sponsor of the Japan Day and attended the event together with Fortuna Düsseldorf.

The spot from Toyo Tires and Fortuna Düsseldorf was located at Johannes-Rauh-Platz next to the stage with various sport performances. It consisted of a promotion tent and football parcour for kids. For a donation of 1€ for Aktion Medeor children could participate in the parcour an won a Toyo Tires football.

Furthermore Toyo Tires and Fortuna Düsseldorf gave out T-Shirts for children. More than 1.000 branded shirts were gratefully taken by parents and kids. Beside that Fortuna Düsseldorf merchandise brought further donations for Aktion Medeor.
With the participation at Japan Day 2017 Toyo Tires could strengthen it’s reputation as a sportive and dedicated tire manufacturer in Düsseldorf area and all over Germany once more.
