Jean Pierre Kraemer refines iconic Ferrari F355 sports car with Toyo Proxes

Jean Pierre "JP" Kraemer has been the official tuning brand ambassador for Toyo TIres in Germany since last summer. Now the 44-year-old tuning expert is dedicating himself to a new project: the refinement of a Ferrari F355 Berlinetta. The classic from the 90s is still impressive today with its 3.5-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine, which produces 381 hp and accelerates the car to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds. With a top speed of 295 km/h and a mighty V8 roar, the Ferrari makes a perfect foundation for high-performance Toyo Proxes tires.

For maximum performance and driving pleasure, JP relies on a staggered tire setup with 225/40 R18 Proxes at the front looking after the steering while the 285/30 R19 tires at the rear lay down the 381hp. The Proxes tires are complemented by OZ's classic three piece Futura rims, which they ride on.  "Switching to Toyo Tires, just regular Proxes, really benefits the car," Kraemer explains in his latest YouTube video. The improved road grip and enhanced traction provide an even more dynamic driving experience without compromising the legendary Ferrari F355's character. The new suspension, a KW Competition setup, also plays a significant role in this transformation. It's impressive how much additional driving fun modern tire technology can extract from a sports car classic. Thanks to the Capristo exhaust system, the sound is equally thrilling, ensuring pure excitement.
