OSAKA, JAPAN – August 10, 2015 - TOYO TIRE & RUBBER CO., LTD. (President: Takuji Yamamoto) announces its Consolidated Business Results for the First Half of Fiscal Year 2015 (January 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015) as follows:

Business Results
● Net Sales :194,402 million yen (an increase of 7,080 million yen or 3.8% from the same period FY2014)
● Operating Income :29,126 million yen (an increase of 7,624 million yen or "35.5% from the same period FY2014)
● Ordinary Income :26,670 million yen (an increase of 7,151 million yen or 36.6% from the same period FY2014)
● Net Loss :4,156 million yen ( 15,269 million yen profit in the same period for FY2014)
