Usami autograph session with Toyo Tires in Düsseldorf
Fans of japanese football player Takashi Usami had the chance to meet him in September at the 'Me and all' boutoque hotel in Düsseldorf for an autograph session. Usami is well known throughout Germany as a player in the Bunbesliga 1 club Augsburg. He aslo has a huge following in Düsseldorf which is home to the largest Japanese community in Germnay. Japanese football fans all over the world recognise Usami from his J-league appearances for Gamba Osaka where he was voted one of the best 11 players in J-league twice. He has also appeared for the Japan national team, where he hopes to continue his international career in Russia later this year at the World Cup.

Around 2.000 people came to meet the new player and waited patiently up to two hours to get an autograph and photo with Usami. They had the chance to meet with the relaxed and unassuming star. The 25 year old player came from Augsburg on a one year loan to Fortuna and will critical to their plans to win promotion in the new season.

Fans also had also the possibility to print their Fortuna T-Shirt with Toyo Tires. Each of the new bought shirts got the logo print. Toyo Tires wishes Takashi Usami a successful season with Fortuna Düsseldorf who currently lead the second league.
