Late Entry to The Rallye Maroc
9 Oct 2012
EVR Racing confirmed their entry today into the 2012 Rallye Maroc
Having won the 24 Hours Tout Terrain of Maroc earlier this year, Eric Vigouroux and Alex Winocq return to Morocco full of enthusiasm to take on the well funded teams who will contest this high profile race. The Rally Maroc takes place between October 14 and 20th.
The last minute decision was down to the many time constrainsts on another exciting project. Because of this phe project, Eric could not commit to the Rally until the very last moment.
“I am very implicated in the construction of our new prototype, which has been delayed for different reasons, but I am glad to announce that it has reached its final phase of construction. We are planning to run tests in Arizona´s desert before expediting it to Europe in 2013 to take part of our first rally raid events.
Besides, I have been holding advanced discussions with a car manufacturer that is currently creating a long-term project in rally raid since the beginning of the year. We are all starting over a new page; everything is yet to be done, it´s very exciting!”
As always, EV Racing will be running on Toyo Tires 37x13.5 R17, Open Country M/TR tires, Eric´s Trophy Truck has used TOYO TIRES for grip and performance in every terrain since 2007.
