This weekend (15-16 May), the new season of Russian Drift Series ( RDS) is coming. And this season, Toyo Tires has become an official sponsor of the series.

As usual the first stage will take place on race track ADM RACEWAY near Moscow.

The 2015 series promises to be one of the most interesting drift season's in the history of existence Russian Drift Series. More than 40 best drivers from all over the whole Russia using special prepared drift cars will compete for the right to become the best drifter in 2015.

Drift is one of the most entertaining and interesting motorsports events and anticipation is high that drivers will demonstrate the realdrift and we can follow nail biting races during the whole season.

This year three champions of previous seasons will participate at one race: Evgeniy Ruzheinikov - 2013, Evgeniy Satyukov – 2012 (both are in team ToyoTires Gorila Energy Gt-Shop) and Andrey Pesegov – 2014 (team Tuning Factory).

About Russian Drift Series:
Russian Drift Series (short name RDS) is championship which covers the whole Russia and that’s why actually now is split for RDS – West, RDS –East, RDS – Siberia and RDS- URAL. Each part of RDS has own stages and pilots. But all these parts are combined in some special racing as Drift-battle in Krasnoyarsk or D1 Primring Grand Prix. First championship of RDS was started near Moscow in 2009.
Schedule of RDS-West:
•    1 stage –Moscow - 15-16 May
•    2 stage –Nizhniy Novgorod - 29-30 May
•    3 stage – Ryazan 19-20 June (or 12-13 June)
•    4 stage – Smolensk-  24-25 July(or 17-18 July)
•    5 stage: Moscow –14-15 August(or 7-8 August)
•    6 stage - Nizhniy Novgorod – 28-29 August(or 4-5 September)
