Toyo Tires partner with UEC Cyclo-Cross

Following the announcement of their participation in the UCI Cyclo-Cross World Cup, Japanese tire manufacturer Toyo Tires, has also signed on as main partner of the UEC Cyclo-Cross European Championships, taking place between 6 and 7 November 2021.

VAM-Berg (Drenthe - Netherlands)
The European Cyclocross Championships have been organised annually since 2003 by the Union Européenne de Cyclisme (UEC) at the beginning of the cyclocross season in November. This year VAM-Berg in Drenthe is the setting for the continental title race. On the first day the elite women, U23 men and junior women are competing, followed by the elite men, U23 women and junior men’s races on day two.

Managing Director Steven Laurijssen (Toyo Tires Benelux) says “We are delighted to link Toyo Tires to these important international races. The positive image that this ever-growing sporting discipline brings with it will also boost our brand awareness in Europe.”
It is expected that NOS, SPORZA, Eurosport and many other foreign broadcasters will broadcast the races live, giving powerful visibility to the Toyo Tires brand. While following the riders performances, the cameras will also focus on the numerous banners, signboards and inflatables of the Toyo Tires brand which form the backdrop to the championship.
