Toyo Tires partners with Los Angeles Dodgers

Toyo Tire USA Corp. has signed a sponsorship agreement with the Major League Baseball team, Los Angeles Dodgers (LA Dodgers).
The LA Dodgers are one of the most prestigious baseball teams in the Major Leagues with deep ties to Japan, from friendly games held in the 1950s to successful Japanese star players. The team's home stadium, Dodger Stadium, boasts the world's highest attendance in professional sports, attracting more than 4 million people annually. The team has 120 million fans worldwide.
Toyo Tires was the first Japanese tire manufacturer to expand into the United States, establishing themselves in 1966. In 2004, Toyo Tires founded an automobile tire manufacturing subsidiary in Georgia, Toyo Tire North America Manufacturing Inc. and the company have a particularly strong presence in the North American market with large-diameter tires for SUVs and pickup trucks.
Toyo Tires, bridging the distance between Japan and the United States, has entered into a five-year partnership with the team. The success of the LA Dodgers will be reflected in the display of Toyo Tires brand logo on signboards and interview boards inside the Dodger Stadium.
