TOYO TIRES with Ring Racing achieves top 10 result and podium finish in NLS doubleheader

TOYO TIRES competed with the "TOYO TIRES with Ring Racing" team in the eighth and ninth rounds of the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) at the Nürburgring on September 12 and 13, 2026.
In NLS8, the No. 32 Mercedes-AMG GT3 finished ninth overall and thus achieved a top-10 finish for the second time this season. The No. 170 TOYOTA Supra finished second in the SP10 class and secured the team's third podium finish of the season.
NLS stands for Nürburgring Endurance Series (official name: Nürburgring Endurance Series).

Strong driver line-up in three classes
In the top SP9 class, PROXES brand ambassadors Yuichi Nakayama and Giuliano Alesi from TOYOTA GAZOO Racing (TGR) competed together with Andreas Gülden and Tim Sandtler. Gülden and Sandtler had already achieved a top 10 finish in the SP PRO class last season.
In the SP10 class, TGR driver Miki Koyama and Hayato Okumoto, who is successful in Japanese motorsport, shared the cockpit. In the VT2-RWD class, TOYO TIRES employee and racing driver Takuma Miyazono also competed.
PROXES racing tyres impress at the NLS8
The specially developed PROXES race tyres once again demonstrated their performance this weekend: In the NLS8, the Mercedes-AMG GT3 (#32) finished ninth overall and eighth in SP9. The TOYOTA Supra (#170) finished 34th overall and second in SP10.
In the NLS9 class, the TOYOTA Supra (#170) finished the race in fifth place in the SP10 class. The cars in the SP9 and VT2-RWD classes had to end the race early.
