Official Patron of AIG Womens Open renewed

Toyo Tires renews their partnership with the AIG Women’s Open for 2023 at Walton Heath.
Toyo Tires sponsorship of the AIG Women’s Open has become par for the course. For the fifth consecutive year, the Japanese tire manufacturer is partnering with the AIG Women’s Open, one of the most international and prestigious majors on the women’s tour, as a Patron and Official Tire of the championship. This year’s tournament will take place at Walton Heath in Surrey, from August 10 - 13.
First established in 1976, the AIG Women’s Open is one of five major championships in women’s golf. A top-quality international field of 144 players will compete for the trophy at Walton Heath in this years event. South African Ashleigh Buhai is the defending AIG Women’s Open Champion having won her first major at the Muirfield event last year.
This year. the Championship heads for the Surrey venue of Walton Heath, where the prize fund is a remarkable $7.3million (€6.7million approx.) Toyo Tires has been a partner of the AIG Women’s Open since 2019 when the championship was played at Woburn in England, in 2020 at Royal Troon in Scotland, Carnoustie in 2021 and Muirfield last year.
Toyo Tires will once again have its coverage in full swing and will actively support this major sporting event with TV commercials broadcast on Sky TV during the tournament as well as other media and social channels.
