Three wins from three starts in the 24H Off Road of Morocco
Eric Vigouroux Racing have made it three wins from three starts after piloting their TOYO TIRES Trophy Truck to victory in stage three of the 24H Off Road of Morocco. Eric and co-driver Alexandre Winocq now lead the rally by six laps going into today’s final stage at Ouarzazate.
The 37 x 13.5 R 17 Open Country M/TR race tires were ideally suited to the fast and flowing Zagora stage giving Eric the chance to stretch the car a little. Pleased with the way performance, he enthused, “It is really interesting to test the car in a six hour non-stop stage, going fast, at an average speed 110 km/h. Once again, the car worked perfectly and our tires were also performing. Other competitors ask about our tires, and for us they are just perfect for the situation. We haven´t had any puncture with Toyo Tires. Alex and I, we are able to stay focused with our heads on the race, with the positive emotion of feeling very competitive.”
Today’s final stage commences at 12.00GMT with six hours of the 39,5km course planned to conclude at 18.00GMT when the winner of the 24H Off Road of Morocco will be known.
